Everything was wonderful, no complaint, I recommend it.

The room had a nice boutique feel with decent furnishings, providing what you'd expect from a good hotel. The breakfast area featured a lovely seating arrangement outside, perfect for morning meals.

Bedding was inadequate, consisting of just a single sheet, and when requested, the replacement came as a worn and torn old cover. The towels were worn and sometimes didn't arrive until late in the evening, leaving you waiting. The bathroom showed significant wear, and the internet connection was unreliable, frustrating when you needed it most. The shower oscillated between hot and cold, which wasn't exactly refreshing.

The breakfast was good, had variety of options and the food was tasty. The staff was extremely helpful at all levels.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was nice and unbeatable close enough to city centre and opposite news cafe, tourist attractions and the posh neighbourhoods. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful all day long.

The warm welcome and attentive staff, with the notable cleanliness of the hotel enhancing the experience. The breakfast variety could have been improved, and the gym access was missed during this trip. Looking forward to the next visit!

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it's nice and the location is amazing near the bus terminal going to Essaouira- walking distance. Location: the venue was adjacent to a very nice cafe, bus stations, and the train / coach station. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like La Terraza that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Chur, the staff were super friendly and the room was clean as, but the breakfast was a bit meh and the pool was tiny. Still had a good time overall!

Just a quick walk from the Theatre Royal and Yves Saint Laurent Museum. The adults-only setting was perfect for a chill vacation. The wifi was excellent, and the beds were comfy enough after our daily adventures.

I encountered some noise from the hallways one night that disrupted my sleep, so be prepared for that possibility.

Helpful staff make the stay better

Spent 3 nights here. Super nice team, especially the lady at the front desk who sorted our airport transfer. Room was cleaned daily, but breakfast options could be better. Location is great for exploring, and I loved how there was a shisha lounge nearby for a chill end to the day.
